Sonya – Toolbox course Facilitator

Te Māmā has made such an impact on my mothering journey, having dedicated time and space each week to come free of charge with the option of affordable childcare has enabled me to prioritise my wellbeing and strengthen my mental health. Through the amazing sessions with the different providers and being able to focus on different aspects of movement and the ongoing connection and community that’s developed with the other mums that attend its become such a source of nourishment.

Cushla

Te Māmā is heaven to mums – each time I came I felt so cared for and welcomed with such positive energy. Shelley and her volunteers looking after the bubs are so gentle and sweet – best best best place to go! Thank you so much!

Anke

I wanted to become a more conscious parent, whose reactions and reasons aren’t dished out without purpose or thoughts. This course has really made me more aware of who each family member is, how they respond, why they act like they do, and given me ways in which I can best communicate with them. I’ve enjoyed every minute, learnt a lot, and know it’s now up to me to refer back to the book and keep myself accountable!
