Postpartum Pathways are dedicated to helping pregnant whānau prepare for life after birth.

Our Preparing for Postpartum course blends traditional wisdom with the latest science to provide an evidence-based, holistic approach to postpartum. Our goal is to help you feel informed, empowered, and supported as you navigate this journey.

We will cover:

·         The significance of the postpartum period

·         Healing and recovery after birth

·         Understanding your babies’ needs

·         Emotional wellbeing and mental health

·         Partner role and relationship dynamics

·         Building a strong support network

·         How to plan for your postpartum experience

Duration: This course runs over two weekend days (Saturday & Sunday), from 9:30 AM – 2:00 PM

Location: Flourish Taranaki – 12 Omata Rd Westown New Plymouth
