Rants in the Park with Flourish – Monday mornings 9.30am (school terms)

Walk, stroll, amble or run, with or without your off-road buggy, then sit back and enjoy a coffee at Flourish. The benefits of nature, exercise, and social connection (and coffee!) for the mental health of a parent are well known and accepted.

Te Māmā Tuesdays 9:30-11am

Te Māmā is an opportunity for parents to take some time for themselves for an hour and half for FREE. Maybe partake in some yoga, meditation, breathwork, postpartum workout or whatever is on the timetable that would fill your cup. "Caring childcare is available onsite for a small fee and needs to pre-booked." ❤️👏💐

Āwhi childminding at Flourish

A childminding service created to tautoko, support the wellbeing of our Flourish parenting community. Awhi is available during our Te Māma Wellbeing session on Tuesday Morning 9am - 11am and Wednesday lunchtime 12pm - 2pm. This is offered to support our parents to be able to come along to the wellbeing sessions.

Toolbox Pre School Years (0-4 years)

Parenting your toddler or preschooler comes with a surprising amount of unexpected challenges! Sleep deprivation, strong-willed two-year-olds, picky eaters and food flying everywhere!

Toolbox Primary Years (5 to 13 years)

Just when we all think we’re getting the hang of this parenting thing, our toddlers become 5-year-olds going on 13-year-olds and we find ourselves facing a whole set of new challenges! Starting school, navigating friendships and deciding how may hours of screen time are too many hours of screen time?

Booster Course a refresher – following a completed parenting course

For anyone who has done The Incredible Years or Toolbox preschool or primary years course and would like a ‘refresher’. We will review the main tools and gems from both programmes and then problem solve these with you in terms of something that you are currently struggling with.

Choices in Childbirth

Choices in Childbirth classes are intended to be taken in addition to Antenatal Classes.
